Is there a way to make a single user's password not to expire in Oracle CRM OD?

From what I found out, you can navigate to
Admin> Company Administration> Sign In and Password Control > Under 'Password Control Information' > 'Expire User Password'  Look up Field> 30 days, 60 days , 90 days , 1 year and Never Expires Option.

This setting can make all user's password under the Companies Administration not to expire forever.

If its a web service user, then you can use the same password to consume the weservice forever. But when you try to log in into CRM OD User Interface as webservice user , you will have to reset the password.

Kindly let me know if there is a way to make a single user's password not to expire forever?
