Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have used the api to create substiture line OE_ORDER_PUB.process_order API we got below error

API Failed while Creating Substitute Line. ONTOE_INVALID_ITEM_UOMInvalid unit of measure for this item
