When saving the transactions after adding lines as the following error message appears:

Hi,

     Could you please advise what is the exact issue for this error. We tried in test instance, user can create the same transaction without any error. But when user try to save the transaction form, the below error appear. User cant able to save the form. Please advise why its happening.

Error ---

"Error specified in XML responde document.:SAY processing failed on input stream

SAX processing failed when attempting to add child element to parent. (parent

element=com.vertexinc.tps.common.domain.Lineltem, child element=com.vertexinc.tps"
