Full package build of DV in remote Data Center

We have two AS400's.  One is located in TX and the other in VA.  The one in TX is partitioned for PD & PY.  The other AS400 in VA is for DV and eventually DR.  The deployment server is in TX.  We also have enterprise and weblogic servers in TX & VA respectively.

We can build Full Packages for PD and PY without an issue in a normal timeframe.  We cannot build a full package in DV, in that, it takes days (over 100 hours) to build before we have to terminate it.  We understand there is a latency issue due to having the deployment server in TX, but PD and PY is more important than DV at this time.
