Release/Unrelease a WIP job

We are on 12.1.3  Say we have a standard wip job that had some sort of transactions performed...whether it is an operation move or material transacted. Now the users want to make a change utilizing unrelease/release. They have reversed all the transactions. Does not appear to have anything pending yet they are stopped.

They get this message:

Error: You cannot unrelease this job/schedule

Cause: You cannot unrelease a job or schedule that carries a net balance, or that has pending transactions.

Action: You can reverse any transactions that resulted in charges against the job or schedule, and you can resolve pending transactions. You can also cancel the existing job or schedule and create a new job or schedule with a status of Unreleased.
