Can we set up an employee loan through JDE which allows us to ADD a periodic amount to the balance?

Background: We have employees on long-term unpaid leave. We cover them for health insurance, for which there is an employee-paid (EE) portion.  When on leave, we don’t always bill for the EE portion but would like to.

Question: Can we set up an employee loan through JDE which allows us to ADD a periodic amount to the balance?...So that when the employee returns, we’d set up a payment plan using the loan.
