Removing an Unrestricted Life Event in OAB

There was an Advisor Webcast last year (I believe) that indicated in one of the upcoming RUPS for 12.1.3 there would be the ability to process a concurrent request to remove an Unrestricted Life Event in OAB. I have found the slides from the presentation on MOS but cannot find where the concurrent program details are located. Anyone have any luck on this one?
