We need to print out emergency contacts as a report, I am not finding a way to export the grid and

I am trying to run an emergency contact list for a specific division, but cannot even get an emergency contact list.  is there any way to print portions of the supplemental data?  I really don't even need to print, i have the emergency contact grid up, but the export function does not work against the generic text, and if i use data browser, it doesn't add in the actual contact information, only the information the f0165 uses to find the data.  I was thinking this should be something easy not something i should have to create a form or anything
