Sourcing Terms and Conditions Length

Hi,

We have noticed during our implementation that the length of the field that stores the negotiation terms & conditions is limited to only 4000 characters. This is a big issue for us as we expect this to be much bigger. Our workaround is to use an attachment to pass the T&Cs to our suppliers, but we can't have them read them, accept them and then proceed with responding to the negotiation. Is there an enhancement/bug logged around it?
