Participation Process Compensation workbench errors after RUP7 Upgrade R12.1

We are testing rup7 upgrade - and finding this error when running participation process:compensation workbench.

Have 5 BG's. With global plan in US BG, and local plans in all 5 BG's.

Didnt change the setup from last year. Just applied RUP7, now Participation process runs successfully for US BG, and errors out for all other 4 BG's.

Following is the error is get:

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_91665_BENMNGLE_ERRORED: N, ORA_ERRCODE, -6502
