Problem opening manage task flow

Hi All,

We raised oracle sr they replied because of weblogic licensce issue we are not able to open manage task flow. i checked the bea weblogice license there its mentioned user 5 units i need clarrification on this please help me on this.

1) we have 4 different servers like production, pre production,dev and test servers, we are able to access Manage taskflow all thease 4 servers,
But users will access workspace direct through URL in their system, they are not able to access Manage task flow,
Can you please let us know thease 4 server also part of 5 unique IP addresses? or each server have  5 unique IP addresses?
