Has anyone successfully scheduled the credit card load and validation program?

The user gets a file everyday to be loaded into Oracle.  The file name is determined by mastercard, and includes the date in the name in the formation of 20140820, and has sequential numbering as well.  These files just keep adding into the the folder location on the server.  Each time the program is run, the user has to enter the file location and the file name.  I have defaulted the location for the user in the parameters, but was wondering if there was a way (sql maybe?) to default the location and then have it select the file that
