Patch 8529225  is a prerequisite for 14180610.
The following errors appear in the worker log.
AD Worker - aduoixrc: ERROR: No column for index 'X4' found in table 'FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS'
AD Worker - aduotbri2: ERROR: Failed to read column for index 'X4' in table 'FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS' from RDBMS
AD Worker - aduobbrt2: ERROR: Failed to read index for table 'FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS' from RDBMS
AD Worker - aduortrb2: ERROR: Failed to read table from RDBMS
AD Worker - aiccep: ERROR: Unable to read objects from RDBMS
