Value Set DFF Error

Hi All,

i have a problem in value set created on AR module , created value set (LOV) and created table name xx and this table has 2 items and i need to apply one item to customer screen (this screen is web) and the item selected not appear again to any customer

Value set name unit_code (LOV) and type table

table name xx ,value Unit_name

where condition unit_name NOT in  (  SELECT cust_acct.attribute20

FROM hz_cust_accounts cust_acct  WHERE cust_acct.attribute20 =UNIT_name)

the problem is when select the unit name from (LOV) the unit name field appear Error (Item xxx for
