BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.2.1 for Windows 7 64-bit?

Hello,

I understand the certified version of BI Publisher Desktop for R12 EBS is 10.1.3.2.1 (Patch 12395372).

However, the patch is only for Windows 32-bit. My laptop is running Windows 7 64-bit. What options do I have for modifying the RTF template in R12 EBS?

Can I use BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2 (Patch 17761510)?
