Legal Entity Issue

Hi Guru's

                 I have a requirement for a new Roll Out Project, where I have a the requirement to create a 4 ledgers. Now my question is

1. Can i Create a single Legal Entity for all the 4 Ledgers in my Roll out. If so then, would there be any Impact for future Inter company Transactions between these Ledgers

2. In this Present Roll out, I have a requirement, Where I need Interface Legacy System of AR with Oracle GL. Which means, Cleint will be entering all the AR Transactions in his own Legacy System, So in this case how can I Interface Legacy (AR) with Oracle GL. So that all the Transactions entered in Legacy should get transferred to GL of Oracle.
