ORA-12751 with Oracle RAC 12.1.0.2

Hi All,

While testing Oracle RAC 12.1.0.2 on SLES 11 SP3 I am continuously getting ORA-12751 and the performance of the database is awfully low.

Following is the stack for ORA-12751
