Security by location setup in FDMEE

Appreciate some insight into the security setup for FDMEE.
Currently, all trial balances are processed by the administrator however, the business has requested the processing to be handed back to the local administrators to perform. Therefore, the best solution is to establish security by location in FDMEE to facilitate this requirement.
When Location Security is activated, we completed all fields required, and generated location groups by clicking on the "Maintain User Group". The specific user has been provisioned accordingly in Active Directory. However, when I log in as the user, I can only see the functions we have selected / established for the role but am unable see any locations for the Trial Balances to be processed. Each location in Shared Services has been provisioned with the respective roles.
