Unable to start Web ADI

Hello,

I recently have been getting an error during the configuration of R12.

Using the HRMS Configuration Workbench responsibility, upon navigating to the spreadsheets located in Full Implementation -> Enterprise and Workforce Management -> Jobs and Positions -> Load Job/Position details, I get the Web ADI error 'BNE_UIX_PHYSICAL_DIRECTORY is not configured.'.  I've tried the solution documented in Doc ID 1312156.1 but upon deleting the value and bouncing the webserver I still get the same issue.

Does anyone have experience with this type of error? Any tips on fixing it?

We appreciate all the help we can get.
