Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. A critical patch has been posted to resolve Bug 19306731 - DL CHANGE RECORDS ARE BEING SKIPPED BY FAPDLOUT.

To locate the patch:

Log into My Oracle Support (https://support.oracle.com)
Select the Patches and Updates tab
Enter Patch 19306731 in the "Patch Name or Number" after selecting the Number/Name or Bug Number (Simple) option
