Category Code Field

Is it possible to set the Category Code field in P0801ORG to display more than three characters? I set the UDC tables up to display 10 characters but when you select a code in the visual assist that exceeds three characters it retrieves an error. P0801ORG automatically truncates the selection to three characters.
