ConstraintReadOnly Property Can Defined for Relationship Products ?

Hi Experts,

Could you please clarify my doubt.

ConstraintReadOnly Property is used only for Attributes ?

Can we Give this Property to Products Aswell ? -> As per book shelf it looks only for Attribute But Still want to have confirmation from experts.

Ex:

TEST ROOT

   COMPONENT A

   COMPONENT B             --> Defined ConstraintReadOnly Property =Y

   COMPONENT C

Constraint :  COMPONENT B Exclues COMPONENT C

1)Selected B

2)Selected C  ---> Gives Proceed & undo. I want to Disable Proceed ?

is there any property for Products aswell like ConstraintReadOnly ?
