LCM R12.1.3: Match interface import program completes with warning

HI,

The match interface import program is scheduled and completes in warning sometimes with message in the log file : Record of Group Id 42127 has not been processed because some of its shipments were locked by another process. Please try again.

When the table inl_matches_int is checked the records of the group id are with status of Error.

Why is the program completing with warning and then records are not getting processing. What is reason and how to avoid this issue.
