German Data Extraction Programs

When running the German Data Extract Programs (R89F0018G, F89F03B11G, F890411G, and F890911G) from the Thin Client, where are the extract files written? I have only had success with these programs running them on the FAT Client with overriding the location to run the program locally. Any other way I try to run the program, the files are not written. How can we set these programs up for a client to run on the Thin Client? My client will need to be able to run these programs from the Thin Client and retrieve the files from their machine or without going
