Account Type: DEF_DEPRN_EXP Generate Accounts Program Error -- EBS 11.5.9

Hi Experts,

From May-2014 onward our FA account generator is failing.

One thing I found a cross validation rules applied in the month of May for which existing expense account is falling under.

The existing account is 31.2451111.00000.00.8911.00.00.00 where 4th value should be 9911 as cross validation.

But I disabled the cross validation in test instance but still getting error as shown below

Account Generator failed to generate a new code combination:

Concatenated Segments:

Cause: The code combination for the generated segment does not exist and cannot be created because it would contain invalid segment values or because it has been disabled.
