When using tacacs to log into a 3820 HA SBC setup I am logged into enable mode however when I type e

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

When using tacacs to log into a 3820 HA SBC setup I am logged into enable mode however when I type exit I am not returned to user mode I get logged out. Doing the same to a standalone 3820 from enable mode typing exit does enter me in user mode. Any suggestions?
