Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HOW TO-Workflow notifications to an email and not to a role ?

I have a custom workflow that alerts all the users that have a particular responsibility.

requirement is to change the notification to distribution list than to send out to everybody with that reponsibility.

How do I do this. Ive lookd at the properties of all the objects and I cant figure out.
