"Contain's Clause" search option

Withing the Contracts Terms Library tab, Contract Template screen, More Search Options.

The field "Contains Clause" returns an error each time this field is accessed. One would think that the LOV would contain the clause numbers or clause titles, but it appears the LOV is blank. What configuration needs to be accomplished to access this functionality?
