Duplicate entries in Cluster

Hi we have added extra 4 nodes to the existing 4 node exadata RAC.

By mistake we ran the addNode.sh script twice, first time with small letters of node names and second time with Capital letters.

When we check for Opatch lsinv it is showing the duplicate entries.

list:

Local node = ab21db01

  Remote node = AB21DB05

  Remote node = AB21DB06

  Remote node = AB21DB07

  Remote node = AB21DB08

  Remote node = ab21db02

  Remote node = ab21db03

  Remote node = ab21db04

  Remote node = ab21db05

  Remote node = ab21db06

  Remote node = ab21db07

  Remote node = ab21db08

How can we remove duplicate entries. Can you please suggest.
