Autocreate Release/Hold Release Query

Hi,

We have 2 requirements on Purchasing/Planning.Kindly let me know if anyone has worked on the above?

1. Is it possible to hold a planned order or a requisition after a plan run if it exceeds a certain $ value? Meaning say if planned order or Requisition is above $10,000 then it should not be autoreleased even though Sourcing Rules and ASL etc are setup.

2. Is it possible to hold a planned order or a requisition for certain parts which are going to be obsolete in say next 2 years? Meaning if there are 2 items A and B and we know A will be obsolete in next 2 years whereas no such plan for item B, then after the Oracle Planning run, the suggested planned order or Requisition should be reviewed manually by buyer before creating release while B can be autoreleased without any review?
