error after the OS upgrade

we upgraded our AIX OS from 7100-01-06-1241 to 7100-03-01, but after the upgrade, when i tried to patch the domain, got the folllowing error message:

"Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.retek.ride.installer.suite.CommandLineInstaller

Could not find the main class: com.retek.ride.installer.suite.CommandLineInstaller.  Program will exit."

Any idea what could be the problem?
