Report Manager: Do you like it?

I would like your perception about Report Manager.

Hi,
I would like to hear about your perception of Report Manager.
Here's my client operational impact and perception about ORACLE for this issue: 

Report Manager has been designated as the tool to use to replace ADI, but it lacks many features that were available in ADI and which responded to business needs. 

With ADI, reports can be presented using EXCEL's cell and page format. Each report becomes ready to be verified, to be printed or analyzed directly. This gives efficiency in operation, especially while the timeframe is short (2-3 days to produce 215 reports each month).
