Sourcing - Collaboration team not assigned
Hi,
We are testing the process of using 'Supplier Profile Audits' using the RFIs. We have added the collaboration team member to the RFI and setup a task and task completion date. We have noticed that after the supplier responds to the RFI, no email notification goes to the collaboration team member automatically. The buyer has to go the RFI and explicitly click on the 'Notify' button to assign the task to the collaboration team member. After this only email notification goes to the collaboration team member. Is this a bug or we are doing something wrong? Please advise. This is
