Try to Start FNDSM

Hi Experts

Now there is a question, can anyone give me any advice.

As known, FNDSM can be restarted by itself when it is down unexpected, but sometimes FNDSM cannot restarted by itself.

And regarding the following manual:

==================

Oracle® E-Business Suite

System Administrator's Guide - Maintenance

Release 12.1

Part No. E12894-04

==================

Page 27, ICM controls concurrent managers using Service Manager.

So Can I think that when another concurrent manger A is asking to start, ICM check if Service Manager is running now, if not,

start Service manger first, then start the concurrent manager A, no matter concurrent A can be started successfully.

Howdy, Stranger!
