How to set Supplier OAF page Partial Readonly

Hi All,

I Got an requirement to have Supplier Inquiry page as read-only, which can be done by menu exclusion(Supplier Full access) for the appropriate responsibility. But I got additional requirement , where I want to have some fields on the above read-only page to be editable, like Supplier Name, Inactive date , Hold all payments checkbox.

I tried to use SPEL, but it doesn't work in Read-only page.

Please advice?
