Standard Edition One Single instance database with GI and ASM storage and high availability withou

Is that configuration possbile:

Standard Edition One Single instance database + GI  on ASM storage and high availability without RAC and without DataGuard

What I mean is , we want to install Oracle Standard Edition One Single instance database with ASM.

But we also want it is possible to run this database on the other server (for example because  the first server must be switched off or in the Disaster Recovery scenario).

What to install and where if we can't  use RAC Database as well as Data Guard  but want to have Standard Edition One single instance database with ASM?
