ORA-00001: unique constraint violation reported in alert.log along with cdmp directory

Hi

I wouldn't expect to see ORA-00001: unique constraint violations in my alert.log along with cdmp_xxxxx directories being created.

I thought this was application specific rather than database?

Does this mean an event or something is being set somewhere?  I checked the database and there are no events set and when I trace a pid that is generating these logs there is no event set either.

SQL> conn / as sysdba
Connected.
SQL> oradebug setorapid 109
Oracle pid: 109, Unix process pid: 37617688, image: oracle@ht-db3-pri
SQL> oradebug eventdump session
1 trace name errorstack level 10
SQL> show parameter event
