I have 5 VM's available for DEV and need help with where to place products

Hello, I have Planning, HFM, FDM, FDMEE, OBIEE, Essbase, MS Sql 2008, Planning, RnA, ODI, Foundation to put on only 5 VM's running Server 2008 R2.

3 of the VM's are Xeon dual core 2.0ghz with 8 gigs of RAM

2 of the VM's are Xeon quad core 2.0ghz with 16 gigs of RAM

Any ideas how I can best do this?    Have 8 VM's in current production that accomplish this but we don't have the same resources for DEV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
