Automatically Stop Pump When Target Mgr Goes Down

Hello Expert,

We have a reporting env which host OGG env consisting of about 12 replicats ,the data for these comes from 12 different host .  Each time we have Sever Outage/shutdown on Target , someone has to gracefully stop the Pumps on 12 different host before the target mgr/host shutdown.

Please let me know if there can be any process/command to automatically stop the Pumps gracefully  when ever the corresponding Target manager Goes down. If yes , Please help me with the steps to set it up.
