Runtime XML not importing in Siebel Outbound Web services screen

Hi All,

I am on 8.1.1.11(patch 7, Open UI). I got a WSDL from external system. It got consumed in tools and a runtime XML was generated which, I was supposed to import in UI. But it is not getting imported and also not throwing any error. I assume that it is a known bug, but i am not able to find the reference. Could anybody please help regarding the same?
