How can I scale out BI publisher to another machine if using shared filesystem?

I have BI publisher installed in a machine, but need to expand to another 2. The problem is that all 3 machines use a shared filesystem, so I need to use different directories for domain home, instance home and instance name.

Everytime I try to open the BI Publisher config utility and choose scale out, those options are locked and I'm not allowed to change them.

How can I scale the system?
