Oracle VM and Standard Edition One database with ASM and HA solution

Please tell me if such configuration is possible:

Oracle VM environment with  Standard Edition One Single instance database with GI  and placed on  ASM storage.

The environment should provide HA - it should be possible to switch the Standard Edition One database from one server to another placed in a different center (Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity center).

We don't want to use RAC or DataGuard (it is impossible for Standard Edition One).
