Hi

I have a lease which starts from 01-DEC-2013 to 30-NOV-2016.  I need to generate billing quarterly in advance. So the first invoice will be send on 1st Dec 13

For the same lease i need to calculate the variable rent based on sales and charge to the customer in every 3 months.

I would like to know what is the Annual period start date should i select to generate the VR invoices every 3 months.  When i select the Annual period start date as '01JAN' , what is the impact ? Is this date is used in partial year method only ?
