Oracle Database Appliance: best practices

Hi folks,

We are moving our legacy databases to ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) boxes, need some expert advises, what should be the best approach and game plan, to get the best outcome.

Our existing databases are not that big, planning to have them as individual databases, most of them are standalone, but here either they'll be RAC One or max 2 nodes RAC.

Please assist/guide or share your expertise only, if you'd done some/any work on ODA.
