eAM: Material Shortage Notifications/Alerts for eAM Work Orders

Hi Team,

We are working on 12.2.4 instance. Work order is created and an Item is added to the Work order. There is no Sufficient stock to fulfill Work Order demand. Now a purchase order is created and items are received. During the receipt process will I see the demand for that particular item through a an Online alert.

Setups performed:

Item Level, Check Material Shortage is enabled at Item level.

Shortage parameters are defined.

For transaction type PO receipt into stores, enabled Online and Notification required check box.

During Receipt of the items against the PO, not seeing any message regarding the Open Demand.
