Siebel report:- Error message dispays in English for FRA application

Hi,

We are having Siebel 8.1.1.8 & BIP integrated application running in ENU & FRA AOM. It is working fine and able to upload all the templates and able to generate report as well. We have uploaded all XLF files using ENU application. If one user is not added in XMLP responsibility and tries to access the report, our Siebel system gives "User does not have XMLP_ADMIN or XMLP_SIEBEL_GUEST responsibility to perform this action. Please contact your administrator. [SBL-RPT-50591]" error message. Based on this, necessary user list needs to be updated in the respective responsibilities...

Both ENU & FRA Applications are displaying the above error message only in English.  We don't want to see any English error message in FRA application? Is there any way we can display this message in FRENCH for FRA Application?
