Which cygwin setup version to download and install, 32 or 64-bit from www.cygwin.com

I'm trying to install Oracle EBS 12.2 on Windows server 2008 R2. One of the software requirements is cygwin. In the website, there are two choices, 32 or 64 bit install. Which one to download and install?
