Financial management - "configure web-services" fail to install during EPM system configuration

Hi,

I managed to install ( and launch ) EPM 11.1.2.3 - shared services - essbase - planning;

On an Hyper-V server  with;

1 - Windows Server 2012 R2 (64bit)

2 - Oracle 11g - Created one schema for each module. ( installed client 32 & 64)

3 - Web logic installed without problem.

Whatever I do everything works fine and install properly except the configure web-servers.  I have installed re installed many times for without any success.

HELP!!!!!!! :-) and thanks in advance for your time.
