Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are creating a new Service Acivity, but it creates IB transaction subtype automatically which we cann't update.

How we can stop to create IB transaction subtype automatically? Our version is R12.1.3

I am trying to create a new service activity and Install Base transaction subtype as described in Doc ID 1599209.1.
