Can not open Rapid Planning Workbench

Hi,

I have installed, deployed and config oracle Rapid Planning 12.1.3.9, I can login and open the RP Administration Application (ORPAdmin.ear), but I can not open Rapid Planning Workbench(OrpUI_EAR.ear) .

I try to open http://mydomain:7003/rapidplanning/faces/RPMainUI , it redirect to http://mydoamin:7003/rapidplanning/faces/RPMainUI;jsessionid=YkWST7ncFhp6vRG8fLQ6kYWJND7JvDnlQFtN4yp06ycjysBSpwMC!71… like this, and the browser still have nothing blank page.

I check the weblogic log, but not find something useful. I tried IE 9.0, firefox 31 and Chrome.

Can somebody tell me how to debug this issue?
